What once was a simple factory building is now the gorgeous Chaparral offices. Robison Construction took this 80-year-old building and completely renovated it to create a modern-day space for entrepreneurs to work in. The client trusted Robison because of previous projects and worked to make a synergetic office environment, complete with a gym, gaming area, movie theater, a bar, and sleek designs. The three-story building is now full of natural light through the glass, and windows Robison installed. One of the most notable features is the gym area. The Robison team removed a large flooring section to create a two-story gym equipped with saunas and locker rooms. This modernized office space is perfect for entrepreneurs and showcases the extent of versatility that can be in one building.
